Here's a hint: if you live in CA, do not rock a chrome fart tip. <<flat black ES oval 3" exhaust on my 430hp Civic 1.8T with a full resonater, never get harassed That cop that you think is a redneck, maybe he has a street-driven 1970 Dodge Charger with a blower and a detroit locker that is very capable of single digit 1/4 miles?? Like my neighbor cop. 1970 means smog exempt. Maybe he looks funny to you, how do you think you look to him with 300 hp and an exhaust that could fit a canteloupe in it??

PS i'm not trying to be a d!ck. I am guilty of some ridiculous size exhausts with chrome mufflers myself. I also used to have a loud Blitz BOV (sounded like fast and furious) After getting pulled over time and time again, I realized the error in my ways and now I roll full stealth mode, black exhaust and HKS BOV that sounds more like a whoosh of air than a high pitched whistle.

Funny thing is your a honda guy telling nissan guys not to have fart cannons. I have a stock exhaust on my car fyi. Besides when I did have a aftermarket exhaust I never got messed with by cops. Maybe it's because I don't look like a trouble maker.
