no they dont come with turbo timers..a turbo timer isnt something you need but its something thats very good to have whether you are on a smic or not..they arent expensive either

Ive seen a factory turbo timer being sold on eBay... Im not sure if they were from silvias or skylines but.. Ive seen them.

If you want the capability of a turbo timer, look for aftermarket units form Greddy, HKS, Apexi, etc etc

factory turbo timer? never knew..pretty cool pretty cool however they are probably crapped out or about to crap out..like the guy above me said..aftermarket is the way to go

Turbo timers are kinda useless on cars with water cooled CHRAs. I usually just let my car run for like ten seconds before turning it off.

if you want your turbo to live longer yes..or you can just buy a turbo timer..100 bucks max for a new one

i recommend the dual turbo timer that blitz also makes... it looks the same, but this one has a built in boost gauge that reads in bar, which also has boost peak, so you can see exactly the peak of boost your running. it also calculates the timer automatically based on boost pressure and/ or length.
