hey just a question i couldnt find by searching. is it possiable to use a smic for a ca18det without cutting the fenders? a friend was saying it wouldnt fit. thanks.

fits fine... not sure what is meant by cutting the fenders? you have to enlarge the hole under the stock 240sx airbox to make room for 2 pipes to pass through, but not by much!

If you have a 89-90, then you have to cut a hole in the front bumper to feed air to the intercooler. If you have a 91+, the use the vent under the turn signal for air.

It looks like it wont but it will,mine fits perfectly fine on Silvia fenders.
