smells like gas???

Only when i sit at stop lights or i am parked, but i had a look around at the fuel filter/lines and injectors and there is no wetness or smoke, so has anyone else had these symptoms or does anyone know of any possibilities an can share some ideas?Thanks

the fuel tank vent leads up to the carbon canister in the engine bay. That may be where it's coming from.
