smells like burning

hey guys, im getting a weird stinky kind of burning smell, it doesnt smell like clutch. i thought it was the oil so i changed it , but it still happends, i didnt get a chance to change the filter. could that be the problem, please let me know asap

valve cover gasket?

run down and torque the bolts to spec first..if it continues, just replace it

now that wasn't too hard eh?

could be a bad cat. does it smell like eggs? (sulfur?)

Did you check your Radiator and the hoses. Either one might be leaking. Because they do really smell when leaking.....

it doesnt smell right away.. it can be like 20 minutes into a drive and it will start. its weird.

most cars have a valve cover gasket. you pop the hood and when you look at the engine, it's the very top of it, the cover, the finishing piece that says "nissan" on it and possibly "twin cam".
