smell electrical burning

2010 red G37X w/sportpackage
2012 sentra ser spec v loaded

when i started my car this morning and i smelled something burning so i checked everything and found out the light under the shifter got burn and i changed the bulb but it didn't work so i guess it shorted or something... is that something i have to go to the dealer ????? or anyone know how to fix it ??? thanks

if the light under the shifter got burned, then just replacing the bulb isn't enough... that sounds like a factory wiring issue that i would DEFINITELY take to the dealership
