Smaller wheelarches?

Hey guys

Does anyone know how the wheel-arches can be made to look smaller on the V. Perhaps with some sort of fender beading.

I really don't like the fact that an 18" is required to fill those huge fenders.

17" rims somehow look smaller on the V than on other cars.
