Smaller Offset?

Are there any fairly cheap ($1500 and below) rim and tire combos out there with a smaller offset. Im tired of +42, +40, +35 offsets. I want low offsets! Anyone own any and have pics? I'm looking for 18s. Oh an I have 5 lug SE
