Small yet annoying problem.

when i start and run my car to no matter how long i run it or just to turn it to ON than back to lock, it acts like its stuck in ACC and all of the dash lights are on and the windows and sunroof have power and the lights will open. i belive its a sticking relay thats causing the run-on problem but i have no idea how to fix it. :help i hate haveing to disconnect my negitive termanial every time i finish with the car. though when i plug it back in the run on is gone ??? so it makes me wonder if it is a relay or not.

Ignition switch might be the problem as well... verify your relay operation though.
