I hate wires hanging out from anywhere and decided to add this component to my Clarion NX602 as it is equiped with a USB cable for plugging in sticks and charging devices. It is a USB feed through device from Neutrik. Part # NAUSB-W-B
It basically allows you to mount a USB adapter.
I had an extra passenger side trim panel laying around so I chose to mount it there.
Nothing fancy. Used a Forstner bit to drill out the panel. Installed adapter. Used epoxy on the back to keep everything tight. Painted screw heads black. Hooked the cable to it and reattached to car. Solved my problem.
And yes, that is a clock installed in the bezel! I finally found one!! (mine was broken).
