part number of the kaaz diff you bought, and how do you mean too small? It doesn't fit in the side or something or it slides out, etc.

when i put the output shafts in the kaaz they can turn with out turning the diff. the teeth don't lock in but the locking ring hold the shafts in. I want to know if anyone has gone thru this and what they did to fix it. i don't have the box any more so i have no codes but i looked it up when i got it and it was for the 97-98 year 240.

i was told that the output shafts on a open diff are smaller then the vlsd that came stock on some 240sx. that is why my shafts don't fit
