Small cracks at base of tire near rim .... safe or not? PICS

Hey guys I hope you can help me !! Recently i've noticed that all 4 of my tires are developing small cracks near the base of the tire near the rim (check out the pic). The tires are only about a year old and still have plenty of tread left (only about 15k on the tires). Do you think this is a major issue ? Is it safe to drive on these? Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!!!

i would say it safe to drive on, but check the DOT number to find the manufacture date, the last 4 digits will tell you the week and year the tires were made, such as XXXX XXX 1510 would be the 15th week of 2010, if its more than 5 years look at getting some new tires soon
