Your engine is flooded, if you need to give it gas to start.

Did you take a short trip in cold weather right before this happened?

You contradict your self in your explanation. You said it won't turn over? That would mean that when you turn the key the starter isn't even turning the engine over. Is that what you mean? Or do you mean that it is turning over but not hitting or catching?

Well today I was sitting in my car inside the garage and I noticed that my wife left the wheels turned, so I cranked up the car just long enough to straighten them up and I shut it off, well about thirty minutes later the car wouldn't start, so after trying to start it and checking everything from fuses to the fuel pump, I eventually started searching here for answers and fortunately for me others have had this problem just this week, so it didn't take long to get an answer. I took the advice to floor the accelerator and crank it, and it started right up. The other idea someone had was to pull the ignition fuse and the fuel pump fuse, but I obviously did what was least of a hassle to do. the smell of the engine being flooded was awful. It runs normal since.

Always warm up the car fully before turning off.

For sure, these cars DO NOT like to be started and shut off before getting up to operating temperature. When you crank the car with the pedal floored, you are actually shutting the injectors off during crank, this is a built in feature to most fuel injected cars so you can clean out the junk in the cc,s.
