sluggish I30

I'm hoping someone out there can help me with my 00 I30 with 117K miles. I have had an ongoing problem with acceleration - specifically when I'm entering the freeway. If I "punch it" to get to speed, it does fine until I get to 60 mph. It will hesitate, my RPM's will shoot up and it won't go any faster than 60 mph unless I let up on the gas. I was also having problems on any kind of an incline or hill. The same type of problem would occur but I would lose power and drop down to 45-50 mph. I solved that problem by changing out my o2 sensors. I'm not showing any codes. I cleaned my MAF but that didn't seem to help although it was not dirty at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

When was the last time you changed the spark plugs? Cap and rotor?What brand of plugs did you use?
