Sluggish 240 in need of help

Today while I was driving I noticed that my car was feeling kind of sluggish. When I pushed down on my accelerator to speed up it seemed as if my car was lacking power because it took a while for the car to reach a certain speed. Unlike my mom's malibu I can feel how quickly the car responds when I push the gas, but with my 240 it feels sluggish. What can I do to improve the performance as well as the response of my car?

I have a 92' 240sx fastback with 110,000 miles.

seafoam treatment in oil, fuel, and brake booster....clean mafs/throttle body with carb cleanercheck for leaks, in fuel lines (causing less fuel pressure), and intake
