My front passenger window stops working when it feels like! It will always go down but won't always come up! But give it like ten minutes it works like normal, wtf? Then my passenger rear window very slow winding up took door panel off nothing loose and rubber looks fine? Any ideas?

Bummer man. It sounds like an electrical problem. Does water get in the car anywhere near the windows or seats?
Where is the car from? Maybe you purchased a flood car?

I suggest taking a peek at the Factory Service Manual (link is in my signature below) for causes and a diagnostic tree to figure out what might be wrong with the windows. The FSMs are free to all members here at NICO.

I'll second the suggestion to try silicone spray on the window tracks like grandtour's link. I had a similar issue 2-3 yrs ago. Window went down fine, but VERY slow to close. Cleaning/lubing the tracks fixed it. It took about 3 cycles of spraying the tracks, then CAREFULLY wiping out whatever crud I could with a soft lint-free cloth. And I did get some crud out. Windows have worked fine ever since.

Also- not likely but it may be possible there is another electrical problem, like a weak or dying battery or bad alternator so your window motors may not be getting full electrical power. Unusual, but I had a buddy once tell me that the only indication he had just before his battery died suddenly was that his power windows got very slow.
