slow windows

does anyone know the remedy?when i lower the windows they go down fast but when i try to close them they go up very slow

I had the same issue whenever it gets cold. I just went to autozone got some silicone spray called lyquid wrench. Roll ur window. All the way down and pray down into the window area and roll the window up and down a few times an you r good i do this about every 7 or 8 months
