I had an old celica convertible and when my windows slowed down I checked everything like you guys are. Then by luck I decided to clean the contacts under my window button. I just sanded off the contacts and my windows were going up and down like they were new.

Try getting some SILICONE spray and spray it down the window run channels and roll the windows up and down a few times while doing this. I have found that this method works 90% of the time. Make sure to use WET and NOT dry silicone spray, this method works- worth trying for maximum of 10 dollars out of your pocket.
