slow sunroof and knock sensor

so i pulled codes on my ECU and what do u know i have 34-fun right...so as im trying to locate a new sensor and harness im driving down the road and try to open my sunroof...it opens 3/4 of the way and then stops...my last J did this a lot too until i greased it with WD 40 or something...i dont remember...any ideas what to use or is the sunroof prolly going out on me???lately here its been going a lot slower than usual but i have never greased this one

also as far as the knock sensor is concerned...relocating is better and replacing right???ive searched and cant find a detailed write up on how to do this....like Scott says search is my friend but i guess in this case it wasnt...

on a final note is it just me or has the site been running REALLY slow lately???maybe thats why im having trouble searching...oh well...hopefully its just a glitch in the matrix or something...lol
