SLOW START\ NO START treoubleshooting help.

I've got an sr20det

whats happened is that I've taken some time fixing this car and I can't remeber at what point it started starting this bad.Its never worked that well, but I did left it dead for a couple of months at different points.

I changed the pump (walbro), put new spark plugs, did a head gasket job, changed a few parts.I'm having some problems with the turbo which, makes a weird DUCK noise.I have to recirculate it and install the boost controller, which is hanging around but I haven't figured how to install yet.

it's coil overs are sorta lose (2) because I broke its bolts, so I gotta drill to take em out.I do push em every time I try to turn on the car in case their loose, its no big deal though.

anyway, I've been troubleshooting problems but I can't figure it out, so I thought I could ask here, maybe someone could share the light.
