i have my rb20 wired up and almost complete (i have to do my exhaust and TIG my IC piping). but my problem is that i have a short somewhere that kills the battery... i havent run the car that much, and it has a high idle (tach doesnt work yet, so i dont know what its idling at) so i know its not the alternator not charging it. But if i charge the battery, it is dead within two days... anywhere in particular i should start looking for a short? i know its not the dome light inside, but i cant figure out where its at... any ideas?

Check pins 58 and 59 on the ecu. Pin 58 should be 12v constant and pin 59 should be 12v switched. If both pins have a constant 12v it will cause the battery to drain if left sitting.

what is your white and purple wired to? I had it wired to my red/black and it caused it to drain, but i rewired it to a switch and now it works great.
