who has ever had parts shipped via USPS parcel-post? I had my headlights shipped out (supposedly) by Night 7 Racing 10 business days ago and still havn't seen them yet. Have you had a sililar experience or should i put some pressure on the guy? I dont wanna get ripped, but i dont wanna piss off somebody and then have this crap show up and i'm like, "uhh, sorry" like an a$$hole. Post office swears up and down it only takes 7-10 business days to ship...

This is why I deal only with UPS red if I really must have it now, or blue if I just want it real bad.

I usually want something so bad that the cost of UPS next day is totally worth having my stuff right freakin now!

Call 'em up & check status. Nothing wrong with doing that. Always remember, you're still the customer, and you deserve service.

If its already in transit, you cant really do anything about it. USPS isnt the best.

DHL (aka airborne express) rocks!!!!!!

BTW, everybody has horror stories about UPS. Not me, never, and I ship & receive stuff for business every day. Sometimes I have items for my own vehicles shipped to my store. Never late, never damaged. Of course the people shipping my items to me are large, reputable businesses with massive shipping facilities and programs, so this leads me to believe the fault of the horror stories I so often read, lies with the seller of a given item.

I mean think of the quanitity of stuff shipped, you gotta expect some "boo-boo's" sometime... I mean, we get them alll the time in cars and we ACCEPT IT.

Thats why you get insurance.

that doesnt really help, sorry. I just wanna know if more than 10 days is common with parcel post or what? I assumed it would not be more than that cause, for christs' sake, its only coming from arizona. Not japan or whatever. I'm just tired of looking at my empty stoop every day at 1:00pm. there should be some boxes here dammit.

i dunno.. USPS service in my neck of the woods is excellent.

Im in a similar situation as this guy.. I ordered a cat-back from a reputable shop, they said itll take 2 weeks to get to me because its coming straight from japan.its been 4 weeks and still no exhaust! why is this taking so damn long? i got my intercooler kit (big box, pretty heavy too) from australia and it only took 6 days to get to me and i didnt pay any special shipping fees or whatnot, in fact, i got a 'free shipping' deal with the kit... its really frustrating..
