I just got the slotted and drilled rotors for the rear brakes. I also got the OEM Nissan Pads. SHould I change the front rotors at the same time or should I wait until the front pads are worn out? I changed the front pads with NIssan Pads back in March and I had the rotors resurfaced at that time.

Rotors were only $110 shipped, but I definitely didnt want to spend the money if I dint have to. My M has a gas habit that is costing me about $120/ week now. I think I'm gonna have an interviention, or take my foot off the pedal a little bit.
