Slipping in 5th and 6th

Hey all, over the last couple days I have had a weird problem starting. In 5th and 6th gear while I am moving even and 70+ mph if I punch the gas the RPM's rise around 1000 and then drop back down then rise again. I was thinking that it might have to do with the limited slip or clutch. This happens even with the VDS turned off. 1st - 4th gears are fine and no problems with changing gears. Any help would be awesome! Thanks

The clutch is slipping. It's time to change it.
