Hey!
I have a 2009 Nissan Rogue sl awd, since I got it, I’ve been experiencing problems with the wheels, last week I was pulling out of my driveway, I suddenly notice when I hit the brakes it grinds & won’t hold & all of a sudden, the awd, vdc off, traction control, and abs lights all comes on. I took it to a nearby mechanic, he scanned it & he found out the driver side abs wheel speed sensor is not good. I replaced it immediately & also replaced my my driver side axle which was broken, after replacing the abs wheel sensor, the next day, the slippery sign keeps flashing & it reduces my speed and I could hear the grinding noise & it get worse when I hit the brake. I almost got into an accident at the highway when the slippery lights keeps flashing on my dashboard. I’m really frustated & confused. I’m scared to drive the car again! Any solutions pls. Help a brother out! I love my Nissan

Two things scan it again, it’s probably the same wheel, speed sensor code. Either a defective sensor was installed or it wasn’t seated correct.

What do you mean by “broken axle”? If your axle was broke your car wouldn’t move. If you’re talking about a ripped cv boot, always reboot never put an aftermarket axle on a vehicle. It could also now be a crappy rebuilt axle or new Chinese aftermarket garbage axle that is giving you the problem.
