When I start up the car the warning lights are not on but as soon as I start driving the brakes start pulsating and the car becomes sluggish until the warning light comes on and the ride becomes smooth again. Does anyone know what the problem could be. It just started. I`m driving a 99 Q45 w/o active suspension I need sway bar link kit work and tension rod bushing put on just waiting on parts.Work will be done next week.

Check battery and alternator first, and not just superficially. You must know that the electrical system is up to snuff before diagnosing gremlins.

I had a 97 Oldsmobile Aurora that had the same issue as you're describing. It had it when I first bought it (used). Turns out that it was due the tires on the rear axle being a completely different size than the fronts.
