Slip

Whaen i first start driving the car hesitates and the slip starts flashing on the dash.While this happen the brakes make a noise and the abs starts to grab hard when I press on the brakes.Does anybody have a clue of what the problem may be?Also I was thinking it could be electrical because the car has the wrong headlight on Driver side.The wheels are are 18" 235\45\18 .If anyone is in the DC area and knows of a good mechanic

"I was thinking it could be electrical " so why do you want a mechanic instead of a trained certified on your model and year TECHNICAN? A person that only works on your brand everyday, every week, every month.
