Hello all. I am having trouble with my slip control and do not know the problem. Please help!! Any advice is highly appreciated.

The other day I was exiting the freeway at a "u-turn looking" freeway exit. I am driving approximately 45 miles an hour, figuring a G35 loves to hug corners. All of a sudden the slip control turns on and the car slows down in spurts. It's almost as though the car is "jerking." Anyhow, this only happens when I take fast corners. Any idea what the problem can be?

(Someone told me it may be a torn CV boot, however I had checked for rips and have not found any)

Car has 90k miles and all the proper maintenance (differential oil, motor oil, brand new tires etc.) Please help!!

Are you saying your cars VDC is on and when you take a corner hard your car enters a slip and the end result is a jerk? If so thats because the car cuts off fuel supply until the car gets back from slipping. You can disable VDC if its too nanny like for you.

Agree with Omega.

try it with VDC off.

but be carefull. Is it doing it since you changed the tire? I see you have new tires.

Your VDC (traction control) is kicking in.

it sucks and it's to sensitive.

If you are a good driver (AKA you know how not to make love to walls) then turn VDC off.
