My slip and tcs off lights have been on for a while and i replaced the relays a week after it happened and they did nothing. One other problem is that my car bounces off the rev limiter while in drive when it shifts from 1st to 2nd if it is full throttle. I know its not because of a mess up in my transmission rebuild because it started doing it when the slip and tcs off lights came on. This was about nov or dec last year i just kept forgetting about it. I was just wondering if there was any electrical stuff that could cause this and if slip and tcs off lights would cause it to shift like that. O ya and i got code 19 from the tcu.Sorry for the length Thanks, jerrod

But one thing is weird is that the tcs works for the first 45-60 seconds the car is started and just the tcs off light is on but it's somewhat dim. Then about 60 seconds later the slip and tcs off light come on bright and it doesnt work.

Check the connection on your revolution sensor. Not the turbine sensor, as that was replaced along with the rear main seal when the transmission was rebuilt, right?

I didn't replace any sensors and this started about 5-6 months before i messed with anything with the transmission. Which sensor is that the one on top of the transmission by the bellhousing?

No, that is the turbine sensor.

Check the FSM.

I am having the exact symptoms you discribed. One light on dim, then later the slip light comes and they are both bright. Have already changed the relays..no joy. Have you sorted this out yet?

Yeah i changed them a while ago no luck.I work at infiniti now so i had them put the consult on it. It gave me Throttle pos2/sig so it is a wiring problem or the tcm(throttle control module) i think maybe the tcs c/u don't really remember because i lost the paper i printed. It's nice workin at a dealership tho get nice deals on parts and use the garage whenever i want. But my car will be out for a while because of some ******* that rear-ended me.

Allowing yourself [Q] to be rearended, often means you haven't considered modifications to add additional brighter rear brake lights............something that will burn the face hair off rear drivers 100 feet behind you every time you hit brakes.

True rearend collisions are primarily the other guys/gals fault but be proactive or don't complain when it happens to you and all your good work is wasted.
