slightly worn right side axel question??

as u see above , an issue getting rebuilt in 2 weeks at a competent drivrshaft shop.\Besides the odd noises and occasional clunk, what type of vibration and un explaned tracking can i attribute to this??

the axle is simply a CV shaft, so any symptoms would likely correlate
