slight vibration problem

well, once i get above 55mph the steering wheel begins to shake not horriably but enough to signal something maybe off balance...what are some common things that get thrown off balance??

A. tires out of balanceB. broken belt in the tireC. bent wheelD. internal steering rack problemE. Inner or outer tie rods worn out
