Hey everyone,

I have slight problems shifting to second. It always goes in, but sometimes it feels like there is some resistance, and it makes a rough clunking sound-- not smooth at all. Sometimes third gear is like this too, but fourth seems fairly smooth. It gets a little easier if i've been driving it for a little while, but it's still noticable. Anyone know what the deal is? 1990 240sx w/redtop SR20.

Also,

Can I pull the A/C off my KA24E and use it all on my sr20det? Will there be room with the greddy intercooler setup and large koyo radiator?

SS

The transmission thing is nothing to really worry about. Mine does it too, when the fluid warms up though there is no problem. It just like your engine, it also has an optimum operating temperature. If it really bothers you that much try switching to something like amsoil/redline transmission fluid.

I had the same problem, to where it eventually wouldn't go into gear, figured out that it was my clutch pedal height.

It could be a number of things, but as long as you can still get into the gear without grinding I don't think you have a problem.
