Slight noise upon right turns

I've had this happen before when I first got the vehicle and now it's started up again.

When I make a tight slow righ hand turn out of my parking spot I get this "grinding" "clanking" "binding" noise which sounds like it's coming from the rear of the vehicle.

Does anyone else get this? It doesnt happen all the time but if I follow the same path out of the spot (making it a wide turn instead of a really tight one) I usually get the noise.
