Any body know where to get a sliding rear window at?

Have you tried http://www.car-part.com? That site can check local and national wrecking yards for whatever part you want. You can also check with companies like JCWhitney which may sell an aftermarket unit. The dealer may also be able to obtain a factory OEM window but it might be extra $$$$$.
