what would be the best slicks or semi slicks for an s14 w/320whp for 1/4 mile track ?thanks

you might as well ask what the best color in a box of crayons? if you want to get fast consistand ET's you'll want a full wrinkle wall slick, lots fo brangs and compounds, some are better suited to certain conditions but each brand has loyal followers, as for "semi-slicks" I assume you mean drag radials, and not "cheater slicks"? many tire companies make drag radials each have their own following, the best drag tires will have the shortest life on the street, "cheater slicks" are basically wrinklewalls with minimal groooving to pass DOT standards
