I wanted to know if anyone has ran a slick under their stock S13 wheel well (not tubbing it out any)?If so what size did you end up going and did you have to roll the fender quite a bit?. I am running a 16x8.5'' rim right now and am going to be laying down some pretty decent numbers this season and traction is going to be a issue. I am looking into the Mickey Thompson ET Streets 26x10.5-16, which would be 26'' tall, have 8.4'' on the ground and about a 10.1inch bulge on the side walls with my 8.5inch rim. Has anyone ran these?. How hard would it be to squeeze a 26x11.5-16? (26'' tall, 9.7'' on ground, and the bulge on the side wall should be about 11.1'' or so....)

Are there any other slicks for around the same cost or cheaper that would fit under the S13 wheel well and gets as good of traction as the ET Streets?. I can get them shipped to me for $320.

The other sizes they have for a 16'' rim are:

27x10.5-16 (8.7'' on ground/10.6'' sidewall bulge)28x11.5-16 (8.7'' on ground/10.7'' sidewall bulge)28x12.5-16 (10'' on ground/12.1'' sidewall bulge)***keep in mind that the sidwall bulge is going to be decreased due to me having a 8.5'' width rim.***

KYB adjustables and sportline springs for now. Might throw the stock springs on the kyb's at the track. Would be a very good drag suspension.

I got some 15x8 weld prostars ordered with 175/50R15 BFG drag radials. I measured the wheel and it seems that a 4.50 backspacing will fit good. Anything less than that will make the wheel stick out too far. There was a guy here that had 15x9's with 7" of backspacing, rolled fenders and a 1/4 spacer. This thing looks nuts. But yeah 275/50 are a 26" tall tire and they should fit fine. Just make sure youre gonna clear the tire and the strut housing cuz they extra bulge will come very close depending on Backspacing.

Just looking on the post I'm refering... you asked about it lol.
