Hi. when i bought my 240sx s13 the previous owner had done the sleepy eye mod. I dont like it, so I wanted to know how to reverse the mod, so my headlamp switch will work properly again. All I know is the brown wire is cut. All the harnesses and everything seem to be plugged in just fine, all the fuses for it are okay. what am I missing? Ive tried connecting the brown wire together only by hand, does it need to be soldered for it to work? thanks

check the driver side kick panel and see if there is a jumper wire between two terminals and take it out put a rated fuse in there and hook up the brown wire again and it should work again.

i cant get the picture to upload to my photobucket, but if you pull the headlight switch out and find the brown wire most likely the cut one find the other half reconnect it and its a 5a fuse for light control that should have a fuse instead of the jumper wire..

Yeah I see it. It's a 5A fuse that says "light switch" and a blank box underneath it. I haven't taken it out yet to see the fuse. Just replace the 5a and the blank one? Or leave the blank one alone lol I need to take it out probably tomorrow ill see if there's a cable instead of the fuse. Thanks for the help
