I was doing the wiring connection the the switch as described in the lit sleepy eye mod diy. I basically f-ed up and switch the ground and power wires and fried the switch, possibly the headlight motor relay, and possibly a ground wire or something. The headlight are stuck up and my gauge cluster is acting up. When i start the car the cluster doesn't illuminate or do anything. But when i rev the motor a bit everything comes back to life, but the wipers cycle twice also. Plus the passive restaint turns on and sets itself F**king weird. I'm going to get a new relay tomorrow, but i'm not sure where to start with the other short.Any ideas??

Ok, here's an updated description. It appears that a main power wire is fcuked up. The clock in the cluster doesn't stay on. Which should stay on always. The fuse panel doesn't get power with the key on. (which it should) but it gets power with the engine running. This is when the passive restraint turns on the wipers cycle and the cluster comes back to life. Now also, sometimes nothing turns back on untill the engine is started and i give it gas.

I'm beginning to think that the main power wire may be semi shorted or there is a relay that delivers power to the fuse panel, and i shorted that. I did see relays behind the fuse panel but i'm not certain of their function.

Any of this sound possible, and/or do you know of a relay that powers the fuse panel??!!
