I have found on the forums I've been on, NICO members and Moderators are knowlegable and not afraid to share advice and has been a great help in my knowledge gathering on the Z32. I have 3 running Z32's and one junker for parts, so I'm really into these Rides.
Below is a list of what I currently have going and will be getting it tuned in May by the SZ Boys when they come to Edmonton
1992 300zx TT with A/T Mod's:
Z1 Stage II or III block, not sure?
500 cams (HL-15 ??)
Adjustable exhaust gears
Z1 upgraded throttle bodies
AshSpec Massive SMIC (2 1/2")
GT800R (2871) Turbos
5 Bolts down pipes w/ 3" exhaust (Labree)
AMS Max Flow manifolds
300 degree, 850 cc injectors
Dual intake w/ Selin translater
SZ Map Switcher w/ 16 available tunes
Absolutely no pollution control
Behind the Engine:
Uprgraded SZ flex plate and 3800 rpm Stall Converter
Z1 upgraded A/T
Z1 Platinum drive shaft
SZ upgraded TT diff w/4:10 Leader Gears (still has OEM in it)
And lots of other add ons but dont pertain to performance
UPDATE:
I took the ride to Edmonton on May 4-5th weekend and had Greg & Seb dyno tune it up for me. When it first went on the dyno, it was only kicking out 335 rwhp (316 ft/lbs) and I thought it was nuts for power with that.....after initial tune was done, I had 435 rwhp (392 ft/lbs) at 12 1/2 psi boost on 91 pump fuel. Then we flipped her over to MS 109 race fuel and eventually got her kicking out 605 rwhp (513 ft/lbs) at 25 psi boost
After seeing these Magicians perform their magic on my ride, I cant imagine how many ppl are not getting anywhere near their cars full potential. I gained 100 rwhp just from proper tuning............then an extra 170 rwhp just from higher octane fuel and tuning
It was never a doubt, after spending 22k + to try and get it tuned by Z tuners and they are top knotch at what they do. I also purchased a map switcher so I can switch between fuel tunes without having to pull the ECU to switch out chips. It has left me wondering what the rwhp is if I had an extra fuel pump to help out? There was no sign of knock or pre-detination at the 605 test.
