ok so i searched about slave cylinders and just got "how to bleed" posts. im currently finishing up my clutch install, got the transmission back up and everything bolted up. when i go to put the slave cylinder on the pin that pushes the fork seems too long, meaning that its impossible to bolt it up and have that rod on the fork. so my question is, if i bleed the system will that make the pin go back a little bit so i can fit it in there?

Opening the bleed screw while pushing on the rod will allow the rod to retract.

Get to squeezing boy!You dont have to open the bleeder screw, but it does make it a lot easier.
