within the last couple of weeks ive noticed a slip in second gear,at wot.ive got ten thousand miles on a spec stage 3.the flywheel was resurfaced with a step on it.im not sure if this is correct either.ive checked all the obvious.boost leak, vacuum leak, ignition timing, new clutch master cylinder, blead it numerous times, moved to a fmic, and still the lag,or slippage is there.how long should a spec stage 3 last, and is it possible that the slave thats on my car is not correct.its the 91-94 which is a 3/4 and the correct one for the 89-90 is a 11/16.please give me ur suggestions.

Having the 3/4" bore is a good thing, since it is larger than 11/16" and allows less pedal effort. The Nismo upgrade is something bigger (13/16" i think). 11/16" was only for 89-90 on the KA24E SOHC engine, you have an SR with an upgraded clutch.

If its slipping just at WOT then most likely the clutch is just going out! If it were the slave cylinder it wouldn't fully disengage when you push the clutch in! If you push the clutch in and the car still starts moving forward or is hard to get into gear then thats the problem. But with a slipping clutch its either a bad/worn out clutch, leaking rear main, stuck TOB(check the clutch fork and make sure it moves freely). Do a 4th gear pull starting at low rpm's, if it slips then that usually means the clutch is dying.
