Slashed Tires

That's what I am planning to do Jonny 290 . . . the only thing that bothers me about it is that there were 2 kids involved, but they only got the one kid (who just drove, and wasn't the one who actually slashed the tires). He confessed and all, which means the other kid is pretty much completely off the hook. I want my money, but this one kid who got off, I hope he's the one who has to pay, somehow . . . thanks for the reply.
