How much did that turbo cost? The Tial 35mm Wastegate wouldn't go up to 20psi. Once you finsh that will be one sweet ride.

that turbo is about 900 from turbonetics... hmmm i thought i could change the spring to make the wastegate work for up to 20 psi.. hmmmmm,

i ahve two CA18's though so it may be wiser to go with the CA route than start over with the SR as my car is already factory harnessed for the CA... hmmmm

opinions...

I'm wrong, you can see here at

http://www.netquest.net/~knighton/tialwg.htm

They say 1.4 bar i though that wasn't 20psi, but that is 20 psi on the mark.

This is right from Tial's web site describing springs available for the 35mm wastegate...

Available spring pressure: .3Bar (4.35psi), .45Bar (6.53 psi), .65Bar (9.43 psi), .8Bar (11.60 psi)

High Pressure Spring Pressures available .95Bar 13.78 psi), 1.1Bar (15.95 psi), 1.35Bar (19.58 psi), 1.5Bar (21.75 psi)

the wastegate will start at the boost number set in the description--not max out a it.The tial will go as high as you want it as long as the minumum spring preeusre is 11.6 or higher.

The deltagate works just as well.
