hey my name is jarrett i bought a 1991 240sx se coupe yesterday, paid 1000 for it and and got it from an older woman. she had owned it for eleven years, never had any major problems out of it. dash lights and HUD wont turn on not fuse. i havent had time yet to go further. the interior is not the best and was apparently spray painted. but anyways with the great assistance of Zach... i think it will end up alright let me kno what ya think nico. much thanks

yeah my uncle thankfully is a auto body repair man, and had graciously agreed to let me use his good tools to properly disassemble the interior. AND I PROMISE ALL IT WILL NOT LOOK

with any good tools, when it comes to a 18 year old plastic interior things tend

to snap off, brake off whatever you wanna say it

OK, i was sitting here waiting to go to class, found the sleepy eyes thread and figured i would try it. here is my process

pull out the light switch and cut the brown wire,

Then securely tape off the wire end and i pulled the pin out of the plug

put back in and it works perfectly

Alright!Gold coupe, FTW! You're not changing the color are you? We need to keep the gold S13 alive, everyone has a gray, white or red hatch.Nice s13 man.

*edit*So you cut the brown wire and then pulled the pin from the plug? Why didn't you just pull the pin out with the wire in tact? LoL

Whats wrong with the clutch fan? They work just fine.

A tune up and sleepy eyes does not constitute a build.

Nah... get rid of the black! Polished aluminum trim FTW

I think some tasteful woodgrain accents would be certified dope! Just don't over-do it...

not gonna lie man, your progressing really good so far.

you could have a stock body on the car but a drop and some sick wheels makes the car looks bananas

sleepy eyes ftw

OK so its been a few days since i was on here and last night my friends and i did a bit of work. now i know that sleepy eyes and a tune-up dont costitute a build but if i did the entire build in two days it wouldn be worth it. i figure before i mod it i should at least fix it, and have a good running vehicle... so here it goesthe interior is trashed! who in the hell paints an interior without takin anything out. Not EVEN THE FLOOR MATS!! WTF?! And dang look at this rust... its all surface but not by muck in some parts with all the random moisture in the trunk i was very very suprised to see how clean this wasi have no clue what this is it looks like someone murdered a rust monsterreally clean under the door panelsGood ole zach (zach-ka) rippin off the emissions it looks cleaner and with a series of fixed vacuum leaks it is running so much smoother. also undid the plumbing in the front of my intake. great airflow nowBut like i said i gotta get it running great before i tweak it.

ok its been a while since any update and for that i blame school and lack of time to work so equally lack of funds. i have only done a few simple things just to the coupe driving a bit better and make it more comfortable. i plan on getting alot more done this summer... enjoy

ok so i put on 2, 11in fans to keep her cool. really helped the idling too.

i also got a killer deal on some s14 seats...$30!!! the guy had them to put in his 240z but didnt wanna ruin his tracks on his stocks so he hooked me up. super nicer guyi think i should keep my tan seat covers on for now till i get more black pieces. but eventually it will all be black.also put some sound deadening material in the trunkand side panels to see how well i could do it. im pleasedand as of this morning i put in a new switch and did a lit sleepy eye mod. fun fun fun

Well sadly i have to go to the dentist but i hope you enjoy and next will be suspension. motor works so why change it for now.

I think it's a pretty good difference man. For some reason it lowered your car more then they ever did mine. The car is coming along well. I would really like to do some tuckage of your wiring harness...
