SL with ABS

I'm still in the process of doing research before I buy a Versa. I've noticed that some people on here have the SL with ABS and nothing else added. However if I try to do this on the Nissan site, they say that you have to add almost everything else inorder to get it. How did you all get the ABS without everything else? Did the deal arrange it for you? All I really want is an SL with CVT, convenience package and ABS...Thanks

im not sure how it is in us but in canada i think the abs package is an option on the s model and the sl already starts including all packages avaliable to the s model. so im thinking the cvt would then be avaliable on the sl that would already include the abs

Just select the ABS package I just stopped by the website and I'm able to just select the ABS alone. If you only wanted ABS then, select the option, but you also said you want the Conv pkg. If you select Convenience Package, then it select multiple options. I think Nissan set the website this way to make people think they have to take everything. There's a ton of SL's with the convenience package only and it's actually one of the most popular combos you see on the dealer's lot. If you want to order the conv pkg and abs, a dealer can set you up with that.

Apparently on the website it's something about putting the two together. But that's what I'd really like to have, and I wouldn't mind adding a sunroof, but I don't really need Siruis or the audio package or the sport package. I just need to find time to actaually make it to a dealer...
