Hi everyone,

Just bought a Red Alert SL CVT last night.

Thinking about rims and springs to get rid of the body roll, as I am used to my 350Z. Does anyone know what the weight of the stock 6-spoke 16" aluminum wheels is?

Thanks.

Been asked quite a few times, no one has weighed them that I know of. Can't find it on the web either so far.

Surely someone that has aftermarket rims has a scale...

At this point I'd even take the weight with the tire.

If it's real important to you, weigh yourself on bathroom scales. Pull a wheel with tire off your car and weigh again on same scales, holding the wheel & tire. Wheel & tire weight is difference. Go to TireRack.com and find weight of stock tire & subtract that from wheel & tire weight & that is the weight of the rim.

I realized I could do this, I just didn't want to go to the trouble if someone else already had.

I was under the impression that was part of what message boards were for.

And thanks, bulld0g!
