Folks:I have a 2.5 SL Sedan. My window sticker says the SL package included a side net. There are hooks in my trunk, but I rec'd no net. Does anyone else have this net with the SL package? If so, is it one or both sides? It looks pretty handy.

Thanks!

I think there was a post on this waaaay back in the day. Seems like some got it while others didn't. It's supposed to come with it. Head to your stealership and ask for one.

I've had the glove box out twice......not there. I didn't open the First Aid Kit or the Roadside Safety kit, but will check those tomorrow.Just remembered the dealer never called me back today.

I believe there was a Nissan Bulletin out about this. They include the small net but not the large net anymore.

Just bought my wife's 08 Altima 3.5 SL and it had one for the hooks on left(drivers side). It is so small it is almost useless. I just got her Weathertech cargo mat in so it covers up the bottom hooks so that makes the new a moot point in my case.

Going to get the cargo net that hooks on both sides. Is the factory one a single net or one like I had in my Sable that you could put stuff in the double sided net?

The dealer called yesterday, they're going to order it. I keep a small duffle bag with gym clothes in the car for travel, that looks like a perfect spot for it.

I had the rear net in my Accord, and kept it. I put it in the Altima, but find they're mostly just in the way.

Did you check under the rear spare tire cover. That's where mine were, inside the rim of the spare.

Yes, I checked the spare tire. I put my winter chains and other snow gear in there. This car has a lot of storage for the crap I have to carry! The car also came with that plastic tray, which I was surprised to discover is also pretty handy.

My side net came in and the parts guy said he also ordered me (no charge) the rear net as well to make sure they didn't goof up what I needed. Pretty nice. Had a great chat with the guy about the CVT transmission (they have experienced no issues) and he volunteered to sell me fluid at teh $15/quart cost. Nice.
