SL armrest in S?

Was looking at the after market armrest available for the S for $119.99 then found out I can get an oem replacement for $88. Couple of questions; does anyone know if the SL armrest will bolt right into the S and does anyone know what the difference is between the two SL armrests? Guy said there were two options for the black one in the SL. A standard and a "KYSL" both for the same price. The Nissan parts guy didn't know what the difference was. Thanks for any info! I'd try try to look at the parts but our database here at work doesn't have the Versa data yet.

i called my dealership to inquire about the same thing, they requested a VIN number to color code, anyways... they quoted me at 142.00 and said that the part would bolt right in.. there was no 2nd option
