The first R32 GT-R's that will be available for legalization will be in August, when the first 89's were made.
And dammit, I saw a website based in Canada that was already offering 180sx's available for sale and offering to bring in 89 Gt-Rs in August. Had pictures, details, everything. For the life of me now, I can't find it.
Also, I think the unspoken thing here, is that if you're able to get an R32 GT-R in Canada, for nearly half of what you'd pay for one in the US, wouldn't it technically be possible to buy it, import it to Canada, register and insure it there (with a friend, relative, buy a Mail Boxes Etc. Box, something) and then simply drive it across the border and have it in the states? I highly doubt that the border patrol will be looking for possibly "unauthorized" skylines.
