Skyline, Rear diff, S13

Here is the long story really compressed.I got a shot at getting a "Skyline Rear End" which comes with the IRS axels, brakes(everything needed) and the rear suspension + differential (supposedly a "Full Lsd" whatever that means. Guy said it would bolt right up into an S13 and he only wants 50 bucks for it. My question is that it sounds a lot like its a stock skyline rear end and the guy also used to have a front clip from an R32 with an RB20DET that he was gona put with his 240. Now my 240 has a VLSD already. So no matter what I am probably gona pick this up, but I am just wondering if it is a worthy swap if I already have a viscus. If It turns out havign some crazy 2 way Lsd its going in for sure, but it kinda sounds like either stock or a slightly modded old R32 rear diff + everything else with it.

it'll bolt up and axles are thicker.

do you think it would be worth it? The only thing I am not sure of doing it with is because then if I ever decide to upgrade the differential I would have to buy a skyline upgrade correct?
